Health Business Development Lab is a 5 ECTS course organized by the Delft Centre of Entrepreneurship and EIT Health that will take place on the second quarter of the academic year 2018-2019. The course give the student the possibility to discover entrepreneurship and build a business plan starting from a health startup idea.
During eight session we investigate health care challenges, how technology can address these and the way in which we can create viable entrepreneurial business opportunities. As a framework for this, we use the business planning process and students develop the essential parts of a business plan and investor pitch as to achieve this goal. Students will work in teams of engineers and medical students (or PhDs) to develop a minimum viable business proposition. Personal development is important and in the course of the program students will learn to think as an entrepreneur; a champion that has a specific eye for longevity of the business, sustaining growth and responsible innovation.More information All Electives
